Terms of Service

1. The service

PULPALL (pulpall.com) is a free game where you predict football results, compare your calls with friends in leagues, and climb a leaderboard. It is run by [TO FILL: operator's legal name and country].

2. Free, and no gambling

PULPALL is free and stays free. Nothing can be bought, and no purchase improves your chances or your grade. There is no betting, wagering or stake of any kind: you never put money in. Betting odds shown next to matches are for information only; PULPALL does not take bets and is not a bookmaker.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 to create an account. You need to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to be eligible for any prize.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts or automated play are not allowed and may be removed, along with their points.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Display names and conduct

Your display name is visible to other players. Don't use a name that impersonates someone, is offensive, or contains someone else's personal information. Don't harass other players, try to break or overload the service, or scrape it. We may rename, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

6. How predictions work

A prediction can be changed until the match kicks off; after that it is locked. Results and points come from third-party football data. If data is wrong or late we may correct results and points afterwards, and our correction is final.

7. The prize contest

The global leaderboard carries a prize governed only by its Official Rules, which set out eligibility, dates, how winners are chosen and paid, and where the contest is void. No purchase is necessary. Until the Official Rules are final, no prize is awarded.

8. Not affiliated

PULPALL is not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by or endorsed by any league, club, player or federation. Names are used only to identify teams and competitions. Football data is provided "as is" by third parties.

9. What's ours and what's yours

The PULPALL name, design, octopus mark and software are ours. Your predictions and display name are yours; you let us use them to run the game (for example, to show them on leaderboards and to your league).

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on PULPALL infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent, [TO FILL: operator's legal name], [TO FILL: mailing address], hola@pulpall.com, including: (1) your signature; (2) the work you claim is infringed; (3) where the material is on PULPALL; (4) your contact details; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your material was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.

10. No warranty, limited liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change, pause or stop. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by data errors, downtime or things outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

11. Ending

You can stop using PULPALL and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

12. Changes and law

You accept these Terms by ticking the box when you sign up, or on the “Before you play” screen. If we change them materially, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you keep playing.

We may update these terms; for important changes we'll tell you in the app before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of [TO FILL: governing law], without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live. Questions: hola@pulpall.com.

PULPALL (pulpall.com) es un juego gratuito en el que predices resultados de fútbol, comparas tus predicciones con amigos en ligas y subes en un ranking. Lo opera [POR RELLENAR: nombre legal y país del responsable].

2. Gratis, y sin apuestas

PULPALL es gratis y seguirá siéndolo. No se puede comprar nada, y nada que se pague mejora tus opciones ni tu nota. No hay apuestas ni dinero en juego de ningún tipo. Las cuotas que se muestran son sólo informativas; PULPALL no acepta apuestas ni es una casa de apuestas.

3. Quién puede usarlo

Hay que tener al menos 16 años para crear una cuenta, y 18 (o la mayoría de edad de tu país) para poder optar a un premio.

4. Tu cuenta

Una cuenta por persona. Las cuentas múltiples, compartidas o automatizadas no están permitidas y pueden eliminarse junto con sus puntos. Guarda tus datos de acceso; respondes de lo que se haga con tu cuenta. Puedes borrarla cuando quieras desde la app.

5. Nombres y conducta

Tu nombre lo ven los demás jugadores. No uses uno que suplante a alguien, sea ofensivo o contenga datos personales de otra persona. No acoses, no intentes romper o saturar el servicio ni lo extraigas de forma automatizada. Podemos renombrar, suspender o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estas normas.

6. Cómo funcionan las predicciones

Una predicción se puede cambiar hasta el pitido inicial; después queda cerrada. Los resultados y puntos salen de datos de fútbol de terceros. Si un dato llega mal o tarde podemos corregir resultados y puntos después, y esa corrección es definitiva.

7. El concurso con premio

El ranking global tiene un premio que se rige sólo por sus Bases oficiales: participación, fechas, cómo se elige y se paga a los ganadores y dónde no es válido. No hace falta comprar nada. Hasta que las bases sean definitivas, no se entrega ningún premio.

8. Sin afiliación

PULPALL no está afiliado, asociado, autorizado ni respaldado por ninguna liga, club, jugador o federación. Los nombres se usan sólo para identificar equipos y competiciones. Los datos de fútbol se ofrecen «tal cual».

9. Lo nuestro y lo tuyo

El nombre PULPALL, el diseño, el pulpo y el software son nuestros. Tus predicciones y tu nombre son tuyos; nos dejas usarlos para que el juego funcione (por ejemplo, mostrarlos en rankings y en tu liga).

Reclamaciones de derechos de autor

Si crees que algo en PULPALL infringe tus derechos de autor, envía un aviso a nuestro agente designado, [POR RELLENAR: nombre legal del operador], [POR RELLENAR: dirección postal], hola@pulpall.com, con: (1) tu firma; (2) la obra que crees infringida; (3) dónde está el material en PULPALL; (4) tus datos de contacto; (5) una declaración de que crees de buena fe que el uso no está autorizado; (6) una declaración, bajo pena de perjurio, de que el aviso es exacto y eres el titular o actúas en su nombre. Retiramos el material infractor y cerramos las cuentas de quien infrinja de forma reiterada. Si se retiró material tuyo por error, puedes enviar un contraaviso a la misma dirección.

10. Sin garantías, responsabilidad limitada

El servicio se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías, y puede cambiar, pausarse o terminar. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de pérdidas indirectas ni de las causadas por errores de datos, caídas o causas ajenas. Nada de esto limita tus derechos como consumidor.

11. Baja

Puedes dejar PULPALL y borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos.

12. Cambios y ley aplicable

Aceptas estos Términos al marcar la casilla al registrarte o en la pantalla «Antes de jugar». Si cambian de forma importante, te pediremos aceptar la nueva versión para seguir jugando.

Podemos actualizar estos términos; si el cambio es importante te lo diremos en la app antes de que se aplique. Se rigen por las leyes de [POR RELLENAR: ley aplicable], sin quitarte la protección de la ley de consumo de tu país. Dudas: hola@pulpall.com.
